PHPaulPeople who don't do what they said they'd do
1.
Trying to buy some stuff off Craigslist. Seller has a dozen excuses (too busy) why we can't schedule a time to pick the stuff up. Latest was "I'll call late Sunday and set up a time next week". Crickets...
2. I've had a customer's tractor for over a year fixing this and that and waiting for money to fix the next thing. Finally got the last thing fixed, texted him that it was ready and got a reply saying he'd be by this weekend to pick it up. Likewise,
Orthoptera GryllidaeIn both cases, I should expect it. CL is notorious for it and the customer has a LONG history of not giving a shit about showing up as scheduled.
Doesn't make it any less aggravating.
In the case of the CL problem, I'm done chasing the fucker. He doesn't want my money, I'll find what I'm looking for somewhere else.
EDIT: Of course, as soon as I pitch a bitch, the guy from CL calls me with a definite appointment for tomorrow. Hey, whatever works...

Through experience, I can't believe anything that he says or "commits to".
