They have put alot of AR's in the hands of citizens. Its to bad they cant provide decent service

parabellumThe problem is they've gotten huge. Tons of phone calls, emails, orders. They're a victim of their success.
I first dealt with them many years ago, when one of the owners would answer the phone on the second or third ring. That's long gone.
And, yes, PSA has armed many, many Americans, and God bless 'em for it.

Called CS today to follow-up.
Refund had NOT been done yet. But this CS Rep (Denise) did the refund WHILE I was on the phone with her.
Unfortunately (or fortunately) I will not be buying any more ammo from PSA. Will try again with other items (PSA) needed.

How long did it take you to get your refund, 2 weeks? I’m on 3 weeks waiting for my refund. Ordered 6 boxes of defense ammo and only received 5. Initiated the refund request on 12/29.
The CS was super friendly but now not following up. Agree with others, no more ammo purchases from PSA

sunburnPSA has started a CCW “insurance” program if you use a firearm in SD. Their CS issues eliminate any thought of using that.
