I've been thinking for years that we should get this on the ballot ASAP! I propose that each month each "law-abiding citizen" get a SLAP VOUCHER. YES, A SLAP VOUCHER!
It can be used when the gardner cuts the damn grass 1" when I've told him 10 freaking times to cut it 4" I've spent good money fertilizing it you idiot and you're buzzing it to the ground.
It can be used for the co-worker that doesn't do his/her part but somehow is the one always talking about when are we getting a raise.
BEST OF ALL!!! You can save you monthly vouchers and combine them for an annual SLAP-FEST!!! YES ONE DAY OF PURGING ALL THESE FUCKERS WITH SLAPS or 12 slaps for one fucker that REALLY deserves it! I'm sitting here now about go fire our newest employee. She's missed 11 days in 6 weeks and just handed me a time off request for 3 days off next week. SLAAAAAAAP! and GTFOH!!!!!

Better yet, can we allow slap vouchers to be saved up and exchanged for more appropriate actions. Say, exchange 10 slap vouched for 1 good kick in the nuts. For those who repeated slaps just won't get the job done.

Years ago I suggested a 'Smack in the Head' law be placed on the books. If you see someone doing something stupid, crazy, or just selfish that is inconveniencing everyone else, you get to slap them in the head. Just once, and not trying to kill or knock them out, but they get a sound slap.
If they don't like that and call the police you and any witnesses state the facts for the slap. If the officer feels you were wrong, he/she gives you a sound slap. If the officer feels you were right, he gets to slap the offender for A) doing something stupid enough for a slap, and B) not learning from the first slap.
Oddly enough every LEO I know was VERY in favor if this law.
