I'm sure the OP has had this conversation with the other drivers at the school.....just park straddling the line for the first space and each one after that. Straddle the line, leaving the half of a space on each side of the cars to load/unload. If she gets there late, none of the spaces will be big enough for her to park in. She will have to comply.....and surely complain.
