My two-plant patch has gone to seed already. Only got one bunch of stalks for pie. Where are you? How has the weather been? Dry and hot will put them in self-preservation mode and they'll shoot up seed stalks. Been damp and cloudy 8 days out of 10 for the last couple of months and mine is going batshit. Be careful when following the masses. Sometimes the M is silent. | |||

Sure, been using this one I got off the web some years back. I like it because it has few ingredients and no added pectin. You just have to stir it a little longer to thicken. Keep stirring in step 2 or it'll stick quickly.  Sometimes I use 1/2 & 1/2 brown and white sugar and add some cinnamon and ginger for a little different flavor. ____________ Pace | |||

I'll be keeping an eye out in the freezer section. It's a bit warm out here for it to grow easily.
