I bought a 12ft Jack Skellington thing from Home Depot awhile back when it was on sale. It's in storage, never opened. I'm stuck in an HOA right now but am looking at some land to build my retirement home. The plan is to install this thing in the front yard and to leave it up year round. lol
There was a house around here that did that. They would dress it up for holidays and seasons. Swimsuit and a towel, uncle sam, it was always fun to see it.

vthokyI'm with ya there. Lowe's put out Halloween decorations right after Independence Day, and Christmas Decorations showed up just after Labor Day.

k5blazerI think the giant skeletons are cool. If I could afford it I would put them on each end of the house and decorate them for the seasons and various days. Have to find giant sombreros for Cinco de Mayo. How does one decorate for Kwanza?

Or Festivus?

Possibly. It'd have to be aluminum, not wood or fiberglass to be kosher.

Where in the heck do I get a Kosher flag pole? I live in the center of Baptist country.

Order it from Brooklyn. Which reminds me of the time that a Rabbi walked into a bar, with a parrot on his shoulder.
Bartender said, "Cool! Where did you get that?"
Parrot replied, "Brooklyn. They have hundreds of them."
