OKCGeneSomeone Decided That Cinnamon Toast Crunch Is The Next Big Thing
I switched from cereal to a bowl of rice. I prefer Thai Jasmine rice, Costco has a good bag of that.
One bowl of warmed rice, add a small bit of honey, local is best, stir. Add milk.
I also add fresh fruit such as blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, a half a banana. Add a palm of chopped pecans or walnuts. You can also add fresh or frozen peaches, chopped apple, etc etc etc. Sometimes a dash or vanilla extract or cinnamon.
A bonus may be a whole fresh pineapple, add a little to this concotion. Whatever you want. Pick fruit in season. Frozen fruit is ok but fresh is better.
Much healthier and simpler ingredients.
