It looks like it may finally make it {*}. Carson, CA. -> Bloomington, CA. -> Los Angeles, CA. -> Commerce, CA. -> Essex, CA. -> Flagstaff, AZ. -> Yeso, NM -> Alva, OK. -> Elmer, MO. -> Chicago, IL. -> Toledo, OH. -> Shipment exception, weather delay -> Delivery updated, nan -> Perrysburg, OH. -> Local distribution center -> On FedEx vehicle for delivery I suppose it's possible FedEx could've come up with a more tortured route. {*} I ain't countin' my SSDs until they're delivered "America is at that awkward stage. Hopefully they didn't just leave it on the loading dock... That is what Thursday is for?

I have a novel idea. Let the Mob run the show. Everytime there is a complaint they send someone to your house to kick your ass. Over time all the complaints go away.

Last Update Almost to my surprise FedEx Ground actually delivered the package yesterday afternoon at about 1:30 p.m. So all's well that ends well "America is at that awkward stage. It must be a local thing, FedEx Ground delivers to me at work quite often and has been good. The only consistently bad delivery service I have to deal with is the USPS.

God help you if you ever get into an accident with them. When I was living in my old apartment building, I had just parked next to the building and was messing around on my phone before getting out of the truck. Fedex came around the corner and crashed right into my parked truck. The driver then parked (trapping me in my truck) and made his delivery before coming to check on me. It took me 2 years and an attorney to finally get them to settle my claim. The driver also tried claiming that I wasn't in the vehicle when he hit it. Despite me having a witness who stated that he saw me still stuck in my truck and that he had to yell at the guy to move his truck so I could get out. It was only then that they admitted that the truck had a dash cam and pulled the footage and saw that I was actually in my vehicle.

And now: The Rest of the Story Those NVMe SSDs turned out to be no good. Whether production rejects or outright counterfeits: They weren't getting half their spec bandwidth and, after writing a couple hundred or so megabytes, yes, megabytes, to them they'd start failing—eventually entirely falling over, requiring a system cold restart to get 'em back. Sent 'em back for a full refund. The replacements were sold and shipped by Amazon, arrived the day after I ordered them, and worked. "America is at that awkward stage.
