Life has been quite the mess lately. My identity was stolen about two weeks ago..I know that’s happened to some of y’all and I dont have to say it, but it’s been a nightmare. We’re in a serious jam financially, just debt. A lot of it medical bills. I had a third and fourth major back surgery a couple of months ago and am in constant, miserable pain. I debated for weeks whether to do it or not. Some said to do it, others said the other surgeries failed and another one probably will as well. My mood has just been shit to say the least. I have to find some type of simple job I can do from home. I have to ice my back three or four times a day and can’t stand for prolonged periods. Needless to say I’m frustrated, I guess I just need to vent. Confused

I understand.
Ugh, I battled some shitbags from November to February. They had ALL of my information and tried to get control of my accounts.
They actually were able to convince the company they renders my paycheck to change the routing to my direct deposit.(idiots, I got an account number)
I have resources that found the culprits for me.
Problem is resolved...

I have my credit bureaus frozen, hoping that will be a decent enough deterrent for these scum bags

That’s smart. I’ll be keeping mine frozen as well.

That’s hard. I haven’t been in the same situation but I’ve been in similar. Sky is falling. You just have to keep getting back up and figure a way out of it. Best of luck sir.

Thank you guys for the kind words and prayers. So many here are needing much more prayer than me, I appreciate y’all taking time for me.

See, there is this thing about praying. You can do it more than once and for more than one person.

Smile

That said, I will send up a good word for you.

That is true.

However, that does not minimize your anguish, pain, or circumstance.

What is unique to those you referenced, and most certainly almost insurmountable to them; cannot, will not and never diminish what you are experiancing.
(You can have empathy for them, and still ask and receive what you need for you.)

There is a vast difference in a person who finds themselves in a "pileup on the interstate of life", and someone who is simply inconvenienced in life.

Anyone here that has tasted the shit sandwich and the suck of a real fight, knows this.

These are your brothers.
These are those who will pray and hold out for the best outcome for you.

You are strong enough to make it to this place.
Do not ever give up the fight for one more second of life.

For we cannot know where the next turn of a corners is the exit from this thing.

Every day, is the opportunity to try to find the thing that is better than yesterday's hardship.

Yesterday is gone forever, and all the power it had.

Tomorrow is not promised, so wait until then to consider it.

All you have is "right now", right now.

What does "right now" want?
What does "right now" demand?

It is only a test, if you can fail.

It is not a test, if you cannot fail.

Be "properly" selfish.

Put yourself first, to be able to put others "first", many times over.

Y’all’s prayers and encouragement means more than you know. I’ve spent a lot of time in prayer lately and your prayers mean the world. We went through what was one of the hardest years of my life in 2024-2025 with a suicidal teenage daughter. I’ll never forget the power of Gods love and hope that got us through that time. She’s doing awesome now, these circumstances I’m facing currently are small potatoes compared to that. I need to remember more what God is capable of.

Thank you all.

God is good and while we have problems in this world, He knows us and our trouble. Jesus lived, died and rose again because of God's love. He didn't have to but He did the will of the Father , so whoever calls on His name and receives Him as Savior and Lord will be saved.

This year has been very hard for us as well, family wise and I am not sure I could make it through without Him. I am glad to hear your daughter is doing better. It is a scary thing to deal with. I never knew the pain my son was going through, as he always hid it from us and I wish he didn't. I will see him again one day in paradise. Until then, all we can do is love one another and thank/praise God.
