Guy that’s been there less than two months called out today (that’s 4) and my closer left after 45 minutes because he feels tired after his vaccine on Friday.

We haven't had call off issues. Our problems stem from the majority of our guys arriving 20 minutes late, and leaving 20 minutes early. Not all of them are youngsters doing this. A couple are well into their 40's. I'm 60 years old and 99.9 percent of the time I'm the first one there, and the last one to leave.
