No doubt. I guess my thing is that I could totally get it if they were flying them. Sure, I guess a Me 108 is close enough to a Bf 109, and it’s something where you could actually get your hands on a couple flying examples. Same thing goes for just painting a rising sun on a T6 when you need yourself a few flyable AM6 Zeros for your PAC war film.

But these are just plywood and sheet metal props that get blown up… just go on Wikipedia, check out some photos, and get it right! It’s the exact same work/cost as doing a half ass job and making a fake that’s not just slightly wrong (like my fetish about the proper number of propeller blades!) but completely, utterly, grossly incorrect.

Anyway. At least the guns seem to be, so far, not too bad. No M1 Carbines seen yet!
