I bought some roller bunks for a boat trailer I was fixing up for a customer.

I failed to read the fine print that said they came as pairs so I ordered two. When they arrived and I saw my mistake, I requested an RMA from the supplier, Wholesale Marine.

Then the fustercluck started. Got the RMA, packaged and sent the return, tracked it on UPS and verified the return was received.

They then proceeded to refund THE ENTIRE AMOUNT. Uh...nope. So I emailed them and they cancelled the refund and then reposted the entire amount, cancelled it again and refunded half as it should have been in the first place.

End of story, right?

Nope. Checking my credit card Saturday (I check it 2-3 times a week because I've had issues before) and THE ASSHOLES CHARGED ME AGAIN!

Emailed them, they said "Well, that's because we refunded you too much money." Gahhhhhh.

Emailed them a copy of the transaction where they already re-charged me the proper amount and started a charge dispute with my credit card company.

Guess how long it will be before I ever order anything from them again...go ahead, take a wild guess...

Be careful when following the masses. Sometimes the M is silent.
