konata88Vacuum canister size - too small
First world problem. I usually use an AC power vacuum cleaner. I can usually clean a few rooms, wall to wall carpeted before getting a bit tired and the canister needs to be emptied.
I have a DC one as well, same company. I'm not sure what they were thinking. Or perhaps I'm not really the target demographic. But I can barely clean a 10x10' carpeted area (5 minutes?) before I need to empty the canister. The battery I think will last about 30-45min. Why would they design it such that the canister needs to be emptied every 5 minutes? Size it so that I can clean at least half the battery run time; empty 2x at most. To empty it 6x in one session seems under designed to me. Am I missing something?
It's not like my floor is that dirty. I vacuum at least once a week.

PASigIt might be related to the design, maybe it’s a more efficient suction with a smaller canister?

ridewvI think a larger canister would be more efficient, but it's bulkier.

drill sgtMaybe the cannister size is in corealation to the size and efficency of the filter.. When filter is full it creates a power drag on the DC power supply resulting in faster power depletion and possible motor overheating. .................................. drill sgt.
