Ok, this is not directed towards any of the delivery people for USPS. We lover our Mailman.

Today I sent a pkg. to my Daughter. She lives in Ann Arbor, not some remote outpost in East BuFu Oregon. The pkg. was sent from West Chester, Ohio, again not some remote location no one has ever heard of.

USPS Priority Mail. Using their medium Priority Box.

I googled the driving directions, in case I missed something. However, I have driven it many times, in 3.5-3.75 hours. It is 250 miles.

My receipt is timed at 11:44 a.m. today (Monday).

My receipt states the anticipated delivery date is Friday, November 12, 2021.

I know Veteran's Day is Thursday. But Friday???????

WTF?

Rant off!

It's slower on purpose. Not sure if it affects Priority or not though.

My priority letter arrived 3 weeks later. Glad I paid the extra for "fast" service.
