MMSIG22965 y.o.neighbor lady , 40 year resident at a loss for leaf disposal
I refuse to blow leaves, or tarp them. I have a Toro Recycler walk behind mower. I cut the grass 2X a week. The leaves are ground up into a fine material which returns the nutrients back into the soil, not an intact leaf in sight. I do not understand people who leave mounds of leaves on the tree lawn for the city to pick up, or worse blow them into the street to cause traffic problems and clog up the sewers. Idiots!!!!

Like you I mulch. My neighbor puts a bag on his mower to collect the leaves and dumps them in the street. Blocks the drainage.
A moderate rain, walk through more than ankle deep water to get to a car on the street. I'm the last house on a dead end, I've
had neighbors throw their yard waste, fallen branches, leaves, one time a tire, in front of my house because they don't want to
put it in front of theirs. Some people. I used to get even, I'm tired of fighting it. Never ends. Let it go. LOL
