mojojojoI wouldn't be officially back without pitching a bitch, so...
Wonder why it's not management's fault when FedEx screws up but it is when the USPS does? Heck, I bet someone could do a doctorate thesis on that

Not a Mainer expression as far as I know, just seemed appropriate to the discussion.
Since you brought it up, I've been thinking about what the labels on the x axis might be.
Perhaps "completely batshit needs to be institutionalized crazy" on the left to "uber intelligent but lacks social skills" on the right with the peak of the curve being "normal" people like you and me...

IcabodBack in 1994 the “ Bell Curve” caused an uproar. Liberals jumped on it as “ racist.”
As I’ve done a lot of IQ and psychological testing I read it.
The bell curve is a “ bell curve is a type of graph that is used to visualize the distribution of a set of chosen values across a specified group that tend to have a central, normal values, as peak with low and high extremes tapering off relatively symmetrically on either side.“ With IQ this means the center of the bell represents the average intelligence. That 50% of the people gave an IQ between 90 and 110.
The uproar was that the authors said that those at lower end of the bell curve weren’t expected to raise their IQ.
Horrors. Given, a lot goes into what intelligence is. You can raise scores by increasing vocabulary, doing more math, etc.
However, even with all the training, a certain percentage won’t raise their score that much
