Two small boxes of New electronic parts sent from Ohio to Tucson. Both sent 2 day USPS priority mail.

One box arrived in two days.

The other, according to USPS tracking, is enjoying the weather somewhere in Memphis distribution center. USPS says they can't find it.

Grrrr..

Don't you just admire how well our govt. works?

I know first hand as I worked for the DOD for as much time as I could possibly take without going "postal".

I've got two USPS envelopes coming from California that were guaranteed 2 day.

It's been 6 on one, 8 on the other and still no other signs of BOTH packages.

Update on lost package:

I phoned USPS 800 line yesterday afternoon to complain about missing package and got a CS person who entered the tracking number into her computer and told me: "Yes, it's still in Memphis".

I'm thinking: "No shit Sherlock".

As of this morning, the package is still in Memphis.

Thank goodness the USPS critters got a stamp price hike or mail delivery would really slow down.

It's got to be Ohio. Anything that comes through Ohio gets misrouted.

This package arrived in Cleveland yesterday. It's been to two different post offices instead of mine. It's supposed to be here today. I'll probably see it next month.

Not sure if the label is misprinted or their computers can't scan addresses.

I called and they won't hold it at Olmsted Falls so I can just drive and go get it.-
