Seems self explanatory. Unfortunately, up is relative. I had all the screws on both sides tightened before I realized the motor was upside down:

Encountered just a little while ago: "Out Of Order." I had just put all my clothes in the laundromat dryer only to see that on it. At least it covered up the coin slot so I couldn't put anything in it.
