My son bought an underfolder AK from them. It’s solidly built, functions flawlessly, and supposedly American made.

The issue we have is you can’t hit the broad side of a barn with it. The front sight post barrel was not pressed from the factory, and you can move it back and forth with minimal finger pressure, left to right. Even if you do get it centered, it still shoots about one foot low at 50yds.

So we sent it off. It should take maybe 5 minutes to press the front site barrel. I had actually forgotten about it, and about 18 months later I sent an email asking where my son’s rifle was. Their response was “we don’t make AK’s anymore”. Once Covid hit, and businesses started shutting down, I simply asked them to just return his rifle. Instead of returning it to the FFL dealer, they shipped it directly to my address, which I wasn’t expecting. It could have been stolen. Inside the box, there was a letter stating that the “life time guarantee” was null and void since it was not fixed. And they offered him a gift certificate to buy an AR from their company. NOPE!!!

He’ll just put a red dot or something on it. If he can get it to hit the target, it would be a fun rifle. And he worked his butt off to buy it.

Did they require a signature upon home delivery?

If not - you could have had some fun with their Compliance Dept. Big Grin

No, it just showed up at our house. I’m just glad he got it back. I was concerned if they shut down, or suspended business, it could be quite a process to get it back. If he even got it back.

Just a frustrating experience. And a heads up for anyone considering buying one of their rifles.

A firearm manufacturer that doesn't know the difference between ordinance and the correct ordnance? That should have been a red flag.

Lol. That was a misspelling on my part.

Duly noted and corrected.
