In addition to my wife having had thyroid cancer she also has Wegners Disease which just sucks. Now she has a few spots of skin cancer. That isn't a huge deal, they are very confident they can just cut them out and move on with no issues.
But her Wegners is flaring up again, and we just got the news my dad has bladder cancer that has spread into the muscle. He only has 1 kidney that doesn't work well and his heart is not good, so basically they are saying they cant really do much.
And the job that I was encouraged to go for that I have wanted for years that I just got 8 months ago was eliminated in restructuring this week. And 30 minutes ago my heating unit outside blew up. After I just spent $6k getting a dog ACL surgery.
So.... happy holidays indeed.
