I am wanting a Milwaukee M12 Fuel 1/2” Hammer Drill and 1/4” Hex Impact Driver kit and the shelves have been bare of Milwaukee and Dewalt stuff since Christmas.
I’d be happy with just the Impact kit.

Have a gift card so am kind of stuck even though they seem to be in stock everywhere else.

That sucks. Last resort, you can always sell the gift card # to another member for cost that wants to buy some stuff that is in stock. Then you can look elsewhere.

Probably due to theft. Rural King is pretty notorious for not prosecuting shop lifters. We see videos of cart loads of property being pushed out the front door at the ones here. Corporate really doesn’t care about cooperating, they just need a police report to show where it went. Store managers aren’t any better.

From a corporate structure, Rural King is a train wreck.

Here you get within 25 feet of the tool aisle and every alarm known to man goes off.

Sadly when I try to use my Rural King gift card the Farm and Fleet site does not recognize it.
So not much help there.

OMG , you have to have a background check and a note from your Mother to buy razor blades from a store . I get mine from Ebay at a fraction of what the stores want .

So, talk to the store manager or the district manager, and tell him of your situation.

He might.
A. Get you what you want , have it shipped in.

B. Offer you a credit card in trade for your card,
And you can use that eleswhere.

C. Special order what you want from the manufacturer .

Already tried to have them order me something but all Milwaukee and Dewalt orders spare done way up at the corporate level and they get what they get with zero input.

They are out of stock fully online as well and have been since Christmas.

Well that sucks,
Come to think of it,
Last July and August ,
People in our area could not get chest or upright freezers.

In September the farm store got an entire Caro container full of them,

Three and a half months late.

I've found that when buying with gift cards, sometimes you have to enter the address of where the gift card was purchased/activated (billing address) for the transaction to be successful.
