My trick for getting the crafty bustards to use a spring type kill trap, wipe peanut butter on the trigger lever, and tape over it leaving a tiny hole to vent the smell. Gets them every time, Speedy Gonzales my ass. They always mess with the tape to get to the PB. Wish I’d known this 30 years ago.
