After starting an advertiser boycott of Fox News Channel host Laura Ingraham, gun-control activist has set his sights on two new targets — gun manufacturers and their capital backers.

In a series of tweets Tuesday afternoon, Mr. Hogg sicced his 764,000 Twitter followers on five investment companies, singling out two most of all — Blackrock and Vanguard Group

I wonder if he's stupid enough to see this as his actual "big break" or if he realizes how much of a temporary pawn to giant corporations he is and just doesn't care.

Too bad (pisshead) wasn't even in the building when it happened.

He is just as much of a shooting survivor as Betty White.

His usefulness seems to have pretty much run its course, I've been telling my wife that all the negative publicity and marches that have been put on recently are going to have a corresponding backlash soon.

People of moderate view have to be getting tired of all the hysteria that's been pushed at this country non-stop.

Among other things, I resent this little dufus being referred to as a “survivor” of the high school shootng. From the stories I have seen, he wasn’t there that day, but scrambled with camera at the ready when the news came.

He’s no more a survivor of that than I am of the Alamo, as I was just a bit late getting there, after the hostilities had ceased. Good grief!

Luckily, I have enough willpower to control the driving ambition that rages within me.

When you had the votes, we did things your way. Now, we have the votes and you will be doing things our way. This lesson in political reality from Lyndon B. Johnson

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible." - Justice Janice Rogers Brown

No offense Rog, I'm sick of him too and I hope this thread goes away. We have an 83 page thread about him and the craziness surrounding this horrific event.

I need to see less of his name, not more.

I've come to the conclusion that he's apprenticing for Josh Sugarman's gig.

Baffling, isn't it? First, another new thread in his honor Roll Eyes was started in the Lounge. And now, in here, another one. Roll Eyes

Btw, Ingraham show's rating spikes after all the boycotts and after she returned from vacation.

Baseball season is here! I've stopped watching or reading "the news" these days.

You can't truly call yourself "peaceful" unless you are capable of great violence. If you're not capable of great violence, you're not peaceful, you're harmless.

That has been disproved.

He actually saw nothing until he ran from the building.

hiding in a closet with classmates

He was hiding in a corner probably wishing someone was either going to save his butt or that he had something to protect himself.

I agree. I'm not usually a proponent of "ignore the problem and it will go away," but in this instance, I think it's entirely the correct course of action. This rebel without a clue just needs to run out his 15 minutes. The more we choose to talk about him, the longer those 15 minutes last.
