was buying smokes this morning, they wanted to scan my ID, so I popped out my CCW, legal Fl ID with nothing to scan on it, kinda screwed them up, they had to cancel the order, get the managers "card" and re-enter everything

Just a couple days ago at a local convience store they wanted my DL for ID purposes to purchase a Powerball Lottery ticket... Replied "no thank you"....And walked away as the employee called out trying to get me to come back. ............................... drill sgt.

In this case your issue is with Sig, not Fedex. Sig paid for "adult signature required."

Requiring an adult signature definitely is on Sig. But requiring a signature and checking an ID isn’t the same as scanning an ID and storing it in a database. That part is on FedEx.
