Consequences of violating the Constitution

dking271Consequences of violating the Constitution
Ok, so the Biden administration, the CDC, the FBI, and others all violated the first amendment when they censored social media platforms. Woohoo, a massive win for freedom!!!
I’m curious as to accountability? Does anyone lose their job, go to jail, get banned from government service? When a judge decides I don’t like Clarence Thomas and his Bruen ruling, so I’ll just ignore it. What realistically happens to the judge? I know what could happen in theory, but why doesn’t it happen with regularity? Until there are severe consequences for ignoring the rule of law, people will continue to ignore it.
I want to see justice make a triumphant return starting with the corrupt DOJ.

Ryanp225That's a good question. I know the constitution reads as "shall make no law" against our protected rights but I'm not sure if there is anything about the little weiner sucker's who continue to try and systematically test it's defences.
My opinion is there should be a daily administration of a pinnapple suppository to those who do.

ulstermanPurposely violating the Constitution should be punished by death.

DentedNothing will be done about this. Nothing is ever done to politicians about violations of rights, criminal activity, bribery, sedition, etc.etc.etc....
A bunch of politicians will stand up and talk. And then it'll be dismissed.
I would be thrilled to be proven wrong. Even just once.

For individual cases like false imprisonment that’s too harsh and inappropriate. For blatant sweeping measures like seen in New Mexico that’s still not quite reasonable. For clear, purposeful, damaging effort like seen with Covid that is entirely appropriate.

Respectfully disagree. If you knowingly and purposely violate the very document this country is founded on, death is appropriate in any case.

Section 241 makes it unlawful for two or more persons to agree to injure, threaten, or intimidate a person in the United States in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured by the Constitution or laws of the United States or because of his or her having exercised such a right.
Those three people in the video interview are conspiring to intimidate lawful citizens from exercising and enjoying their protected rights and therefore are committing a crime themselves.
If there's any doubt there, the NM governor should look at what happened after Katrina in NoLA and see that the city tried the same thing and lost all cases in court (and officials went to jail).
The numerous clearly unconstitutional actions by those in the .gov (CDC, DOJ, FBI, etc) should certainly equate to 'injury' under the law, should they not!

apprenticeI'm ignorant of any penalties that are spelled out anywhere. Do they exist?
If not, then breaking the law, even the highest in the land, carries no consequence. Correct?

FIFY, ulsterman...
Not sure I would readily agree to death in ALL cases, but there needs to be more charges, trials, and extreme prison sentences brought forth for
Treason and
Sedition.

ulstermanI believe that any act of treason or sedition should be met with the harshest penalty.

Bingo. It's always that simple. Good guys are always and routinely persecuted for the evil of others. There are also tons of innocent, unknown fall guys from everyday life, regular joes and working stiffs like the rest of us, as a result. There's lots people in this popular club, from all walks and levels of life, more than you'd might imagine. As in lots. Wherever there are evil people there are lots of falsely persecuted, prosecuted, and fall guys left in their wake of destruction. I'm not a student of history or philosophy, but this much isn't hard to divine after a life of hard work and a few knocks.
I know this is common sense but I like to think it's good to remember there's tons of persecution in society and everyday life than we might not realize without being reminded of it from time to time.
I hope that evil doers get their eventual karma, whether it's from some type of divine judgement after death, or a little justice beforehand appropriately meted out.

Banishment from Government jobs or elected position for life, ban on making any money from any publication, video, tik tok, instagram, electronic, paper or video about said action or or job.
Deportation and loss of citizenship, drop them in a 3rd world country that embraces their values and attempts to circumvent the constitution.
