ShaqlUSPS Losing Mail
Took an envelope with a check for our HOA dues and dropped it off at our post office.
They literally only needed to pick it out of the drop box and put it in a PO box at the same location.
They lost it.

12131Because it has to make the obligatory route around town, first. Then maybe take a detour to the adjacent state, you know.

darkest2000It's amazing how much of our society still relies on paper check payments in the year 2024.

tatortoddMy GF moved a few months back, did the forwarding mail thing with USPS, and began changing her address with people she does business with.
She signed up for the USPS service where you get an e-mail with a pic of the front of the envelope for your mail. She is only getting a fraction of the photographed mail, nobody has moved into her old place, and mailbox is empty. She is getting the runaround from the USPS on location of missing mail.
