I’ve sold a few items on eBay lately. By far an effort to get chump change out of something that’s just to good to throw out. After eBay’s cut is taken most sales are very disappointing. Shipping costs are ridiculous so it’s hard to get high prices on the item. Most obscure used crap isn’t worth the shipping cost let alone a few bucks for the seller. My last straw recently was a buyer of a used item, paying a fraction of cost of new, was expecting more bits and pieces than both the description and images clearly show. I sell with no returns. Ebay forced the return and I have to pay shipping. This bullshit over a less than $20 item. I suspect ebays buyer protection scheme is enabling some buyers to get free items because the only options available to the seller is either paying for return shipping with a full refund to the buyer or give a full refund and let the buyer keep the item. This message has been edited.
