As a fellow Ridgeline owner I feel your pain because I really do love my truck. I love the handling and it does all the payload and towing capacity I need. I would be pissed AF if someone hit me which is why I don’t drive it during the week and careful where I use it and my other vehicles. I have a beater DD hatchback that I drive for all necessity things so in case the same thing happens to me I won’t be as pissed off if that thing gets into a fender bender or totaled. These ass holes and their got damn phones. The inattentive driving is just insane. I think it should be jail time, same as a DUI/DWI. Lock all these fuckers up.
The nerve of that SOB to say hold on, I’m on the phone. And to find out he just totaled his own car and now damaged the rental. Gee I wonder why? Put the got damn phone down and go take some more driving lessons.

A tip on an auto body shop..go to Porsche, McLaren, Ferrari, Lamborghini, something very high end. Drive up there and go to the service area. Ask for the service manager. You can try calling but best to go in person as you’ll get a better response. Ask who they use for auto body. When two different service managers give you the same auto body shop, that’s the one you go to, to get your truck fixed. The one I use here, any expensive sports or performance car, that’s where they all go. Ferrari and Porsche dealers just tows them to his shop. And his shop isn’t some glitz fancy place. And he charges normal prices for normal vehicles and deals with insurance. IE he ain’t charging Ferrari money to fix a Ridgeline. He’s charging the insurance company Ridgeline money. Everything is coded in software. X labor for Y hours. This and that Honda part. X for paint. My guy’s work is better than factory work. Better paint job and clear coat than came on it from the factory. Best of luck WV.
