PHPaulFreakin' Grass
Yesterday, I cut back the evergreens that were overhanging the driveway using my new toy.
With all the extra greenery out of the way I could see a lot of deadwood, so this morning I cut another couple of loads and hauled them off.
Then I fired up the box blade and reclaimed about 2 feet of driveway where the grass had crept out under the tree canopy.
I've spent a significant amount of time, money and effort to get grass to grow on perfectly good fertilized loam, but the damn stuff will creep out over packed gravel while you watch...

GustoferSame problem here. I've considered renting a trencher and putting in some type of deep border along the driveway to keep the creep away.

slyguyHarbor Freight has a nice torch that works well to discourage things you don't want growing.
As a bonus it's also fun to use. Or maybe that's me

Cheers~

I actually have one. Need to light it up and "treat" the onion grass growing in my ditch.
