We are talking basic merchandise. I just spent well over an hour finding a reasonable shipping rate for a Felco replacment blade. The Felco site had reasonable rates but would not take my order. The next two wanted close to twenty bucks to ship something that weighs less than an ounce. I guess with that amount of time I could have shlepped on down to Home Depot in the pouring rain in the hopes that they had one on their shelves. I will purchase locally but do not want to spend hours looking for what I need.

and they charge $5.99 for shipping for purchases under $35. Purchases over $35.00 get free shipping.

I've been buying from them for at 5 years or so, so I will recommend them in good faith.
