My truck got hit while I was checking out at a store, I saw it. Guy took off. I called it in and I gave a good description of the truck, direction of travel, occupants and contents of the bed... everything but the tag number, to the dispatcher. Cop arrives fairly quickly and starts a report, first question... did you see anything? YES!... didn't the dispatcher put it out over the air? Nope! So I give the info to the cop... He says, Oh yea, I passed that truck on the way out here.

3 estimates to my State Farm agent, all over 1,200 bucks. Week later the adjuster calls... sorry we think your $500 deductive should cover that repair, we aren't paying anything.
