RideWV - refer to her as your wife, and see if she's up for it. Use the titles without the paperwork.

Hmmm. I would feel awkward asking her if we could refer to each other as husband and wife w/o getting married. And our relationship works so well as it is being best friends but maintaining our separate homes with "visitation rights".....
