I've finally rounded up all the parts for my 226 40/357 sig slide assy build. Question is,,,I have a 226 .22 pistol ..Can I mount my 40/357sig slide and barrel on it? Not sure if the frame is the same ,,Anything else I need to know? ..Thanks | ||

Absent some special factor yes. I do it all the time and have had no issues across quite a few frames and slides. “So in war, the way is to avoid what is strong, and strike at what is weak.” | |||

I would presume so. Several years ago Sig marketed the .22LR P226 version and referenced that a center fire top end could be purchased later, if desired.
