How often do you p226 9mm shooters change out your recoil spring? thanks for input | ||

On my competition guns, I use a lighter mainspring and change it at ~3k rounds. I change the recoil spring at the same time. I believe rule of thumb is usually 5k for the recoil spring. <><><><><><><><><><><><><> "I drank what?" - Socrates | |||

I replace all my Classic-line SIG recoil springs after 2500 rounds. SIG’s official recommendations have changed back and forth over time, but I do it at the most conservative interval.
