Like to convert my Sig P-365 XL to a P-365 can I us the XL module for the P-365. what parts would I need

you will need the complete P365 slide assembly and a P365 grip module. Yes, your XL trigger module will fit in the P365 grip module.
But the conversion cost is almost as much as a new P365. Might as well buy one new.
