Question on sight height identification for a P220 Login/Join

So I've got a German-made P220-R (folded slide) and it presently has 3-dot white night sights. They're getting old and dim and I want to replace them with Trijicon or XS.

I cannot see markings of any kind on these sights. No brand, no numbers to identify their height or anything. But the present sights are dead on at the range.

How can I tell their height so I don't purchase the wrong height replacement sights? Can they be removed and measured with a caliper?
