I usually do my own work. On my sig P226 Leigon rx. I have polished the hammer and sear, reduced the spring, but would still like less trigger pull.
I know I can hone the sear, but they wear out in less than a year.

I need someone to treat (harden) the surfaces when done.
I am in Queens NY, Don't really know anyone that will do the hardening.
Any recommendations please.

You could try yourself...


I've used it a few times in the past, but usually don't as I generally am not removing enough metal to need to, or working on things with shallow enough hardening.
