I ordered X-Ray 3 sights. I discovered a problem. How is the rear sight removed/replaced

SIG sights are replaced with a sight removal/installation tool.
If you only have one set of sights to do, locate/pay someone with a tool. You can ship the slide to SIG if there isn't anyone close to you.
If you anticipate changing multiple sets of sights, buy the tool.
