I converted my P-228 from DOA to DA/SA action put new parts Double action pull is hard when trigger pulled need a new strut and spring or can I just get a spring 19lb.

Before installing a 19lb hammer spring, apply grease to all the ignition contact surfaces, then insert the 19lb hammer spring.
