Have a Sig nightmare 1911. About once or twice in 50 rounds it will jam an empty case between the barrel hood,slide face, and magazine. Ruins the case and is hard to remove. Only happens on last round with empty magazine.

Does it happen with multiple magazines? I'm suspecting the mag/mag spring as it's a last-round issue.
