DAK question RE P239 and P220
Anyone know if the P239 and P220 frames are all DAK compatible, or if they have to have the extra little bit machined out of the frame like the P226/229? i.e.-would a 2000 vintage P239 be DAK parts compatible?

No way. The DAK trigger wasn't even introduced until 2004, or thereabout, and SIGs had dedicated frames for several years after that.

I can only speak for the 239 as I have never seen a new frame 220, but on the 239 there is a noticeable difference on the frame cutout on the right side below the frame rails where the trigger bar goes behind the hammer. All new 239's are cut this way, even if they come with a DA/SA trigger.

I love my P229, but if I had to go to a war, I would take my Glock...
