For the most part, no, although Sig, FN, some Springfield Armory XD models, and Arex Delta appear to use the same size dovetail.

Novak sights are a big thing among 1911s & 2011s.

Glock sight fitment is becoming increasingly popular among non-Glocks. For instance, Walther PDP, Taurus G-series, and Tisas PX-9 Gen 3 fit Glock sights.

I needed a #10 rear sight and the Springfield XD just happened to be the same size as a Sig #10.
The dovetail may be the same but the overall height is different.
