How do you go about determining if your P320 is subject to recall ? What serial # range is considerated safe from unintentional discharge ? Is this a myth determined to be operator error rather than any defect in Sig's design ? | ||

All P320s that were not “upgraded” or originally manufactured with the upgrade features are eligible for upgrading at no cost upon request. If you want to know if yours is a pre-upgrade specimen, look to see if it has the disconnector, the top of which is circled below. If yours doesn’t have it, you should have the upgrade performed (IMO, of course). Prior to the upgrade which lightened the trigger among other things, the P320 could discharge if dropped on the back of the slide in a certain way. That is not a problem with upgraded pistols and the claims that the guns can discharge by themselves without the trigger’s being pulled are at this time the unsupported myths. ► 6.4/93.6 ___________ “We are Americans ….
