I have a P229 Elite 9mm. Bought it used. I was thinking about replacing the sights.

I looked at the current sights. Rear #8, front #6. are these numbers correct factory sights?

My newer SIG 229 Legion in 9mm has 6x6 that surprised me.

I only have one that has the "correct" sights on it.

Always order what it has on it, not what it's supposed to be.

If the front and rear dover tails are both cut to .075" deep then the recommended combo will work.
