Will standard Trijicon HD Novak night sights fit directly onto the above?

On my Tac Ops a standard Novak would not fit as it was very loose. I sent the slide to Novak's and they fit their "oversized" rear on my slide.

Apparently Sig did not use a "true" "Novak" cut as do quite a few others. Novak has a list of those who's sights and their cuts are not true Novaks.
