Looking at a possible move back down to the lower 48. That brings ups the question of moving with firearms. Canada has gotten even more restrictive and now it is impossible to transport a handgun there. So looking at loading up the truck and taking the ferry down to Bellingham in the spring. I've been trying to research Washington's assault weapons ban and magazine restrictions. To say the language of the laws is ambiguous and confusing would be an understatement. Both seem to have an exemption for previously owned items. But both also have language addressing importing either item into the state. My question is, can I transport either of these things through the state provided I am traveling through to another? My daughter can deflate your daughter's soccer ball. | ||

If moving through then you're going to be fine. If anyone gives you shit, give me a call. ___________________________________________ Life Member NRA & Washington Arms Collectors Mistake not my current state of joshing gentle peevishness for the awesome and terrible majesty of the towering seas of ire that are themselves the milquetoast shallows fringing my vast oceans of wrath.
