A Superior Court judge in Cowlitz County, WA finally issued his ruling on the constitutionality of the 10 round magazine limits imposed in WA, essentially declaring this state's mag capacity limits unconstitutional. This was released around 4:00pm Monday the 8th of April. However our crafty, nefarious AG Bob Ferguson had a counterattack already up his sleeve, so it's clear he was anticipating this decision.

By 5:20p or so his office released a statement declaring that a legal stay from the WA State Supreme Court was now obtained and in place, that this would stay the Superior Court judge's findings and decision and keep the current mag limits in effect until an appeal of the Superior Court ruling before the State Supreme Court could be argued and decided upon. And considering how left this Supreme Court has been, we already KNOW where that is going to go.

Given the speed at which this stay was obtained today, it seems extremely likely that he had already been in discussion with this state's Supreme Court about turning around an almost immediate rebuttal of the Superior Court judge's ruling.

Collusion? You bet. Proving it? Good luck with that. Yes indeed we are behind the Iron Curtain here in WA State, undermined by egotistical power-mad politicians and bureaucrats. And to think that this cretin Ferguson is likely going to be our next governor. We are indeed doomed. But it DID feel good getting an ounce of freedom back, even if it lasted barely over an hour.
