New Jersey lawsuit challenges constitutionality of Red Flag law
This is a discussion of a lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of New Jersey's Red Flag law.

Starts at 13:00.

The statement of the federal judge from the bench is entertaining.

"Can we all agree that this statute, as drafted, is facially unconstitutional."

Good!
RFL's are designed to bypass all due process and the Constitution.

The attorney (s) that reveiewed their law told them it was unconstitutional but they passed it anyhow. That's how it works in New Germany.

I am not an attorney or a politician but knew it was unconstitutional from the get go... but a law being unconstitutional has never stopped a lawyer or politician yet....

How many men from the North went to prison with out seeing a judge for refusing to be drafted.... and the Supreme Court decided the government could not do that... after the war was over?
