Blume9mmI am not an attorney or a politician but knew it was unconstitutional from the get go... but a law being unconstitutional has never stopped a lawyer or politician yet....
How many men from the North went to prison with out seeing a judge for refusing to be drafted.... and the Supreme Court decided the government could not do that... after the war was over?
