New $1.5 billion infrastructure bill has anti gun measures built in. 5 days to act.
The $1.5 Billion Infrastructure Bill is now found to propose that every NICS denial - most of which are false positives - be investigated by local law enforcement. That is a massive unfunded mandate. Secondly, the ATF would deputize local law enforcement to enforce ATF regulations directly and appoint local prosecutors to help.

This runs contrary to the intent of the MO law which is headed to the Supreme Court.

Any of this which passes is going to become another flashpoint discovering which local officeholders are working for the people or working for the Uniparty gutting our Constitution.

I know WV has a prohibition on any local law enforcement enforcing Federal gun laws. Their AG issued a statement and guidelines for state and local agencies. For those is less gun friendly states, this might be an issue.
