I got an email indicating that the 9th Circuit has recently ruled that CA can now purchase ammo online and have it shipped directly to residence. FFL no longer required.

That's what I'm seeing. This is huge. Buying ammo in CA has been such a hassle and extra expensive.

Got an email from Freedom Munitions today that said they can now ship ammo directly to your door in CA.

TargetSports is shipping without FFL or the excise tax.

Word is that many other online shippers are doing the same.
